Just got some new rocks and i saw this sucker.

Im not sure, it look like some kind of snail but if it were me I would take it out until I know what it is...

it looks like a skull and cross bones! im sure someone here will know what it is in 2 seconds but i agree i would take it out too: if you want to keep it in case its something beneficial keep it insomething else until someone more experienced chimes in

A good possibility. I would take that rock out of there until you can get a pic of that thing outside of the hole it's tucked in.

does it have complex looking eyes (hard to tell from the pic)? It looks like a mantis I'm afraid.

If that's a hole, and those are big eyes, and antennas, your looking at the face of a mantis, and you pissed it off, sleep with one eye open! It's out to get ya!

btw...if you do chose to take the entire rock out - do be very careful, a mantis can remove your finger

..and if you put him up for sale rather than killing him (please don't), someone here will take him off your hands
