Ranco single stage controller - got it use so, i am not sure how old it is. Works very well and accurate. This will save ur tank if your heater got nuts. Worth every penny. $60

Ocean runner 6700 return pump - the person who sold me said it was new, don't look like it to me. My plan change so, it's up for sale. There is a small crack on the pump housing. Looks like it was dropped. i sealed with crazy glue. Works fine. Asking for $80
