ESV help

I'm trying to make the switch from Red Sea A and B to ESV A and B, but I have no idea how to dose ESV. Red Sea comes with a chart and tells you exactly how much to dose according to the levels you desire. Can anyone point to me where I could get information on how dose ESV A and B?

10ml of each part per day. Measure Ca and Alk after 3 days. Adjust upward or downward by 10ml and then repeat every 3 days until you find the right balance.
