a friend ordered a large tank from them. She spent weeks going over the specs, faxed multiple drawings, etc. She took delivery of the 8ft long tank along side an interstate. They would not pull off of the highway. In the rush to get the tank loaded onto a trailer and get all of the people that came to help her load the tank to safety, she did not notice that they had built the tank wrong. There was a very specific way that the holes for overflow, etc had to be for the tank to fit in her wall. It was not noticed until she got home. She called and they told her tough luck, she took possession of the tank and it was now hers. They agreed that the tank she got was not what was in the drawing that she faxed them, but again stated that she had taken possession of the tank. She had to fight them for six months and had her credit card company get involved and pull the payment back. Is that the company you want to order a tank from? Your money, your choice.
