So had a busy week getting back to work. The only thing I was able to salvage was my rock, some crabs and snails, my blue trumpets (which are pretty beaten up) my zoos and a large gorgonia, which I think I can nurse back. I got my tank set back up yesterday so at least I have the comforting glow of the tank back on that wall. While sad, I am excited to start on my next project.
I have to give a big thanks to Jimmy and Vince from Coral Theory. Great guys who helped me out in a bind. 3 days of a slowly crashing tank is pretty impossible to save anything but they were communicative and helped keep things while I got my tank set back up. I encourage you all to visit their store in Williamsburg, BK, they have a lot of great stuff which I can't wait to browse and buy.
I don't have my phone right now, but I want to post a photo of the tank that I took 2 months before the crash. It looked like a chunk of reef!
Thanks all for the kind words, who knew MR would be a support group!
