Jager Heater issue

I have a 150w Jager enim heater for about 1.5 yrs

My tank temp dropped to 74 from 78.5 that i setted it with RKL and the heater is lit on (orange light) but the tube is not heat even i cranked higer temp and it does nothing

How to fix or Is it d e a d ?

Lucky i have back up heater and its slowly raising temp..

I would remove it from the tank immediately as it clearly is not functioning properly.
