So I just set this up for the first time. I have it setup as the two float scenario, mode B. With both switches in the middle chamber of my AIO tank. One of the floats is the low one and the other is the high one. I had it all plugged in and nervously turned it on. The ATO started to fill up as it was supposed to, however, a couple of minutes later it shut off before it even hit the bottom or "low" float switch. All the lights are on on the ATO unit signaling that it should still be pumping water. Can anyone help out as to why this is happening?

i understand that it shuts off in order to make sure that the pump doesn't get left on, but does that mean it won't automatically go back on in order to top off in the following days?

If you open the ato box you can adjust the preset timer to stay on longer.

What about trying to make it a smaller "distance" between the high and the low, then the pump wont run for as long

No. U have to toggle the float for it to reset

Ok, i just set the aqua lifter above the tank so that water would be flowing down from it. This sped up the flow into the tank, however, tomorrow I will have to extend the time that the ATO can run for.
