Fishman its not to make up for your evaporated water, its to make up for what your live stock uses.
I understand why you use kalk but you have to mix it with fresh water, correct? And you can only add as much fresh water to your tank that has been evaporated. So, you add the Kalk mix to make up evap water. And you can only ad so much kalk to fresh water until it gets saturated, so there is a limit to how much you can dose.

i swiched back to the cheapo kalk since my mag is always good anyways.

ok so there is 3785 ML in 1 gallon , if you want to dose 100ml per day via your dosing pump you will need to dissolve approx 38 tsp to a gallon. and that should be a 1 mo supply. but I doubt you would be able to dissolve that much in a gallon.

if you dose 200ml per day you would put aprox 19 tsp in 1 gallon and it would last 15 days.

that might be a reachable goal. if not is 9 tsp per gallon 1 time a week or about 1.4 tsp per day...

someone want to correct that if its wrong... hahaha thats my guess ;) i bet its close haha if that doesnt work id have to taste it ~~
