Thanks gals & guys!
Steve the red blasto is fairly new, I lost one head on it when a frag fell on it, but otherwise, no new growth yet.
Jorge..the cave comes in very handy for acclimating corals to my lighting..here is a pic of the gate-keeper to the cave and his best buddy Crusty the Shrimp..no one passes through without these 2 guys checking them out first...lol

Just a quickie update to introduce my new Mandarin. I've had a female Mandarin for quite sometime now and had picked up a second female about 6 weeks ago from a reefer who was breaking down their tank.
I put the second female into my fuge and she fattened up very nicely.

Last week I made a trade with a fellow on LI who wanted to trade a male for a female, so I traded him the female I had in the fuge.

After acclimating the new guy, I dropped him in the tank and he & my female found each other within the first 60 seconds..

The first pic is the new male.

The second pic I shot when the lights were out a few nights ago (hence the especially crappy non-lighting effect). They swam all over the tank side by side and then he flashed at her..holy crap, it was stunning and I was unfortunately too late with the camera. He spread all of his fins and wiggled them in a way that put my wrasses to shame..not easy to do!

Awesome pair Kathy. Get your video camera ready. We want Mandarin porno here on MR

Sorry Russ...no porn... I decided to give them a little privacy when they were spawning..lol The funny thing is my Coral Beauty is in LOVE with my Hawkfish..that I have to get on video, they are a riot!

Thanks for the nice comments all :D

Here is what will probably be the last FTS for my 75..my new 120 is supposed to be in this week- yippee!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What I find amazing about this pic is it was taken with the new supplemental lighting I picked up from Sting..1 T5 actinic bulb and one T5 daylight bulb. I LOVE the way it looks :)

Gee guys thanks..but if you look at the date of the thread...that tank was taken down in 2007 when I upgraded to the 120. Always good to check the dates on threads when you do a 'search' for them :)

I still do have the 75G tank, but a huge (18" long) Gibbecepts pleco and an Oscar live in it now :)

You can find my 120 tank thread here..

..and my 45G Anemone tank thread here...

..and I am going to start my new nano tank thread maybe sometime over the weekend ..so you have to wait for that
