I guess u wouldn't understand unless u have them but when I said great customer service I mean when or if u have a problem with your lights fathom will either help u trouble shoot it or come to your house to fix the problem fathom also comes to your house to install the lights and won't leave until you're happy, and you can't beat the lights, but like everyone else said the decision is yours there are a lot of company's out there but you get what u pay for

If that is the case they have an unsustainable business model as this is less possible as their operations expand. Plus it depends on what you're looking for, and how much hand-holding you need. It may be just me but I don't need to have anybody come to my house to install or fix light fixtures. I just need them to be reachable and to respond in a timely manner with an effective solution.

Like I keep telling everyone FATHOM is the way to go ...there costumer service is the best you are going to get ... they don't leave until you are completely satisfied ... that is the best I ever seen ....Also they did their research on all the spectrums that are out there , and they really care about the livestock. Also look at the tanks they covered it just tells you the quality of lights they have .....and they are not like the other companies out there they give you the lights and its all on you now if there is an issue they WILL resolve it . not like other companies that you have to call all over the world and "SEE" if you get anywhere

I love my Ai's and I'm sure if I decided to go with a new company like Fantoms I would say I love them also lol.
No LEDs are cheep in cost so yes I love my Ai's.
I think the best is like some have said if you can see a tank in person and then take that company's track record and make your own unbiased choice then you will convince yourself you made the right decision.
