And the 2nd doesn't refer to him as being "back up" representative. It refers to the district he represents. Each state is divided into districts and each district has it's own representative in the House. Hawaii only has 2 districts, so it has 2 representatives. Bigger states like California probably have at least 20 representatives. So Case most likely spends just as much time as the other representative in DC.

I'm not at liberty to say. It will all be out in the open soon enough. I think they are well meaning and they deserve to introduce their visions in their own way. I think they need to make some changes to the plan, but they do seem willing to listen. I'll introduce you so you can speak with the leader yourself. Just email me the time and method you would be available to speak with him. This may all make your greenhouse get into the black sooner rather than later.
