Here is a tip for new members.

If you want to receive instant email notification of new responses to threads you have posted on, do the following:

• Select "User CP" from the top navigation bar
• "Edit Options" on the left bar
• Find "Default Thread Subscription Mode"
• Select "Instant Email Notification" from the select box
• Click "Save Changes"at the bottom of the page

This will set your default option to automatically notify you when they are new posts in threads you post to. You can always turn this off on a per thread basis at the bottom of each thread you are responding to.

My recommendation is to turn this on, you will know when someone on the site responds to one of your questions automatically, you can always manually disable it on a per thread basis in the future.
