Need advise on fraging zoas and palys

I need some tips and if there is any good vids on how to cut and glue them that would help

YouTube has loads of videos with fragging demos. That's how I did it. Seems intimidating at first, but it's easy. Zoas and palys are hardy little buggers. Definitely some of the easier things to frag.
Always wear gloves and eye protection when even handling zoas and palys. Palytoxin poisoning is no joke. There's been quite a few threads on MR covering it.

Just make sure the "tools" you get are Stainless Steel. It will definitely help keep them rust free and clean.
Bone snips
Scalpel
Tweezers
Krazy glue GEL
And frag plugs or rubble
