Need Help Please

Started Frag tank about 4 weeks ago. 15#lr bare bottom, T5 4X39 running 8 hours, Aqua C skimmer and two powerheads. Getting signifcant algae bloom. Parms are fine. Any ideas

If you just started the tank and its been running 4w then that normal it will go away on it own or if your keeping the light on turn it off till the cycle is over.
