I just build this broodstock system in an extra room in the basement. The first picture is nano tank 1 of 6 babies born on July 28. Picture two is nano tank 2 with 6 more babies born on the same day. Picture three is my whole system. The top shelf is (4) five gallon tank, second shelf is (3) ten gallon tank, third shelf is 18.5 gallon growout and the bottom is the sump. The 4th pic is my 30 gallon sump with about 40lbs of live rock, filter sock, two sponge filters, small uv, 300watt heater and quietone 3000 pump. The 5th pic is the growout tank and the 6th pic has the last baby born on Oct. 9. The 7th pic is the ocellaris parents and the 8th is the tomato pair. The 9th pic is the 30 larvae born on Halloween. The last two pics are the phytoplankton and rotifer buckets.
I know a lot of people have breed saltwater fishes. How can I improve my setup or change what I'm doing wrong? Thanks for looking and the help. Sorry I was so long winded!!
