Very hard to judge the distance he traveled before the collision ... Of course the other person involved wants to blame the Lambo's speed for the accident

yeah because it was their fault, it doesn't look 100mph to me
when you're making a turn is your responsibility to make sure is safe to do so the black car didn't even stop and the guy in the Lambo was supposed to stop instead he tried to avoid the car, I think both drivers are newbies :scratchch
