Lol it's always better to deal with companies closer to home just in case u gotta kill someone for not addressing your led issues lol

I spoke to Pacific Sun USA. So far the way this is being handled is 1000x better than the previous guy. We think the problem was the old design of the ballast it's fully cased with no vents so it overheats. And the older unit I have was hand made and not using the old manufacturing process. I'll have the ballast Monday so ill update everyone then.

Yes I was charged for the new ballast. But that's fine. He shipped it to me and I got it next day. It works! It was the ballast. The original ballast design was poor. Definitely worth a second look now if I'm buying LEDs again because this guy seems to have it together and is making up for past mistakes made by others.
