how do i upload the pics to the site i try and it just wont upload?

make sure the image size isn't too large.

do you have any image editing software? there's usually a reduce size function.

i try to reduce the picture size to less than 500kb each for uploading.

picasa has a cool export tool where you can export a whole folder by a specified image resolution (780 pixel by... etc) and keeps the original file. i use that to convert the pictures before i upload.
