Pod / Shrimp ID

Found this guy in a bucket when my sump was emptied out.

It's the size of a pod.


Is it a baby Mantis?
Notice the 2 large claws..:bigeyes:

It looks like those C shaped amphipods that I have all over my tank, but I must admit that I have never noticed such large claws on them.

I figured it was a pod.....but I never noticed claws that large on them.
