definitely not reef safe, it's an omnivore :eat:

try spot feeding it a combination of greens and meats to keep it away from your corals.

Are all not reef safe?.....I've had one for about 9 months and all it seems to do is come out at night and eat algea.

Deer cowry aren't reef safe??? I was almost sure that's why I got it... Damn...

Oh okay that's what it is... It seemed like they were eating off the glass when I got it... But now that I know the name I will research some more...Do you think it will eat acroporas??

I'm not sure, probably not acros, maybe more like zoa's and LPS.

Just give it some shrimps, mussels, meaty things to keep it happy.

I don't see a lot of algae in your tank, so it's real important that you feed it.
Otherwise it will starve or make snacks of whatever it can find to eat.

Thanks Michael, I just read some stuff on some forum and mostly softies they have eaten sponges, and lps I only have acroporas..
