Reefing done right

Here's my new SPS garden I have thanks to dubs. It's crazy how many people passed up on his freebie deal. Also included a couple other gems I've gotten off him in trades. Their loss is my gain...

It says a lot about a reefer when they're looking to share the wealth for the sake of the game rather than trying to make a quick buck. My corals don't have the same growth they do in his tank but once I can get these frags grown out a bit, I look forward to passing them on to others on MR. Just have to get them acclimated to my lights for a bit then can position them in my tank and watch them grow.

It's frustrating seeing how many people dice up their colonies nonstop to sell them then claim they're a hobbyist. Just label yourself a vendor if that's what you're into. I've given out Rastas before simply because the price per polyp seems stupid to me. In the spirit of reefing, I've got a couple zoas I can frag for the newbies out there. Got some eye of rah and pink panther zoas I can give out. Let me know if you can swing by BK to pick them up. Will hand out some sps when I step my game up on the growth.

Dubs set a crazy presedence by doing this! You obviously learned the lesson at hand ! I also learned this lesson a few years back and do not make profit from this hobby! And when I make custom light brackets or anything else , I only charge for the materials needed to construct the objects.

that's what I mean be a real reefer not a coral chop shop and as for crazy prices just because they have crazy names ...and a true reefer family ....not just to get into your house and see how you live and how many expensive corals and equipment that you have....
but as saltwater in Brooklyn said the people that really like to do it for the hobby and friendship is what it's all about

nadez if u want the rope on how to grow out ur beast with stick hit up kres he my hommie and has one the few sps tanks around that get me to drool that's running leds u know i don't really like them ish lol

am metal halides +t5 guy and we all know that mh is the truth when it comes to growing sps anyone that want know a thing or too about halides hit me up that my way of reefing and i def know a thing or 2 about growing out a nice beast running halides

and by the way nadez if u wanna be the second members of the renagades bk chapter u see the red sing above u can throw that up in ur signature bro i have had few running with u in 3 different boroughs u have always left me with something i like (for example u came to pick up that 15 pack and u still brought me 3 frags and i like all 3 and i didnt know u were brining them )and we have never used cash between us and am sure u are always happy with what u get from me ur already apart of the the team hommie when i do my next fragging ill give some the other pieces u didn't get already u don't have worry about paying x/z and z for corals if i got it its urs when it fragging time and the same goes for the rest of the team me and juggs start this concept about 3 years ago when we were collecting zoas to save on money shipping etc so we would buy apposite frags or pack together and grow them out and swap them we spread the love and the love return and u been to my crib u see how much corals i got and my hommies tank should be similar
