Sequester on U.S. Fish and Wildlife overtime clearance services

Just what happend last week
I show up at airline arrives at 1230pm from the pacific. about 1 - 1.30 my package is available. I ask to retrieve it, the clerk tells me I wont have time to get it inspected and they cant go past 5pm he tries to send me away and its mid day~~
the story ends well and we were able to get our stuff but that is some really BS.
keeping a cool head ftw
