Starting my tank back up -- Questions

I'm getting ready to start my tank back up and have a few questions. It's a 12 gallon AIO tank made by CustomKing. When I took it down I just let all the water evaporate out so all the salt, sand, and rock is still in there minus the water. Could I simply refill it with RO water and begin a new cycle? What types of problems may I run into?

+1 on that. If its only a 12 gallon tank why risk it? All you need is a bag of sand. Reuse the rocks and call it a day.
