STILL cant add friends or edit profile

ive been on the site for a little while now and was hoping this issue would clear up but it hasnt. every time i try to add friends or edit my profile i get what looks to be source coding for the site. im really starting to get frustrated. mods please help

ive tried a few ways to no avail. ive tried google chrome, mozilla firefox, internet explorer..im even trying to find my netscape install discs lol
ive tried this not only on my comp, but mandys comp, and a few friends comps...all the same result

I'm not aware of any issue with the addition of friends or contacts. I just tried it and it works fine.
