Thinking of getting a powderblue

If you had ich in your tank and did not go fallow....the odds are favorable it's still there. When your fish are fat and happy you will not have an issue. BUT....as soon as you add a new fish and stress is involved ...it will re-appear. I agree that powder blue's are ich magnets as well as Achilles tangs but it's all a crap shoot. I had a powder brown that literally never slept...just cruised the tank 24/7....I QT'd an Achilles but as soon as I introduced him to the main tank the Powder Brown was all over him.....he harassed him, the Achilles weakened, got ich, and soon after he died. Right after that I caught the powder brown and gave him to another reefer where he could be king of his tank. Every scenario is different......best of luck.
