For those who have non-reefsafe fish (like triggers) what do you do about your clean up crew? Do you just keep replenishing as they get eaten?

other thank the blue jaw trigger there is no such thing as clean up crew... trigger are mean fish i had few different kind and snail/hermiths ne thing that move really even smaller fish become lunch or some times they kill just to kill even when they are not hungry... i do love trigger tho they are some nice looking fish

But if you don't have a cuc what do you do about waste? More frequent water changes, vacuuming?

Hey dubs, you keeping a low profile? Haven't seen you around as much. So the blue jaw is supposed to be reefsafe? The triggers are a very interesting group and I'd love to add one to my aqua family but I don't want to put it in an environment where it doesn't fit in. How long did you keep your trigger, and what kind was it?

bluejaw, sargassum or crosshatch. i have at 1 time or another had all 3 and all were model citizens.

i had almost all of them they r my fav fish the blue trought/jaw are the only one in my op thats reefsafe i had one recently and it did not bother any thing in my tank they say the ****** too i had not only are they the ugly one of the trigger fam the one i had munch on some coral so u know .. buy the way i have a crazy undulated trigger he killed every in the tank in a 4 month period ... and yeah i been a little bizz lately fund is low and try find a new job plus the litlle one getting big so u know all my time get eating up ..... and by the way the clown trigger is my fav one the pattern on them are nice

Tell me about it. My little girl is now 19 months so I understand. She just started going to daycare so we're adjusting and tryin to do things a little differently. We actually just switched from one daycare to another because twice we picked her up and she had a scratch on her face and they "didn't know" until we brought it their attention. Plus, with the additional expenses my upgrade is taking longer than I expected. Stay cool bro.

I had 5+ tiger tails in my FOWLR and few triggers (niger, pink tail, cross hatch, blue jaw), never noticed them being picked on.
