water change for FOLR

ok here's a question for people that are keeping FOLR, do you use rodi water for water change or straight tap waters thats been aged? I would really want to here from anyone from NJ, as NYC water has less minerals in the water.

I used ro/di for my fowlr because the tap water promote yucky algae My tds in queens is around 45.

I can't give you all the statistics because i've always used RO/DI i can't imagine using anything else.I use some of the waste water as well not recommended though.

I'm using tapwater. Filtered thru API tap water flter... but I'll be getting RO/DI sometime soon.

there is so much crap in tap water we don't even test for.
don't chance it. In the long run you be happy using ro.

i use rodi unit.i would but you dont have to.
