What kind of garlic do you use?

I was wondering what the general MR population uses as a garlic suppliment. The above ones are the ones I found on a quick search. If you use another, let me know.

I've used both kent and seachem and they work pretty well. Seachem is alittle diluted but works.

Is garlic proven to help, or is it all anectodal evidence. I was tempted to get some earlier this week, but for the same price, I can use selcon to boost a fish' health.

Hi just some good info on garlic if you buy it in the store only buy garlic that has some roots on it because it is grown in the good old usa. The garlic with the roots completly removed are grown out of the country and we need all the the money we can get in this country now . I know its kind of off topic but I just wanted you guys gals to know .
