I would do a mixed reef:

At least 1 table acropora
Several color varieties of Acropora Millipora
Orange and purple montipora digitata
A few other types of Acropora

LPS and soft corals for movement - A nephthia, neon green or Fiji yellow toadstool, neon green frogspawn, a few different types of duncan, bottom of the tank with ricordea mushroom
A small RBTA

Fish:
A Majestic Angel
A trio of bartlett anthias
Perhaps a flame angel
A trio of percula clowns
Some kind of fairy wrasse
3-5 Bangai Cardinals

A pair of cleaner shrimp

This is what I would probably shoot for, and is what I will eventually get when my 180 is back up and running.

Oh I just remembered, some very nicely colored anthias that I've always wanted are sunburst anthias. You should try a school of 3-5 of them. They're a bit pricey for that many but have some amazing coloration
