What's the best way to clean the rear chambers in 28jbj?

Really? And just siphon the water out after scrubbing?
My problem is getting down in there to get the stuff off the bottom I tried hose but didn't get much out

That's easy .. Use a baby bottle brush for the tight spots and then use a turkey baser to suck it up and out
