I have a white film growing over my zoas causing them not to open, it looks almost like a cotton type that has formed over them? anyone ever see this or know what it is and how to kill it!! thank you and info would be great

Its some type of fungus that usually means the zoos are done. Best course of action is to frag off the remaining zoos that are not covered in cotton.

If you take the zoos out and take a sniff, it will smell horrible.

You can do a fresh water dip, or a dip in Coral Rx. That should get them back to health. Id go with Coral Rx, the fresh water dip really stressed them out for a few days. Ive done both with success but the coral Rx was a bit easier on the polyps.
