White Spot on Onyx Clown Help Please

My Female Onyx has a white growth near her Pectoral fin- It does not look like ICH and no other fish have the growth- could she have been stung by my Bubble? Please take a look- I do not what to medicate without knowing what it is- should a do fresh water dip as precaution?

Does it move? looks like a flat worm, if its flat.
If it has depth, it could be an infection(looks like a mixture of moss mixed with cob webs, all white)...

BUT HARD to tell from picture

Is the clown eating? If it's eating keep feeding it Garlic. It looks like it's okay from pics

Yes she is eating great- could have used the UV - LOL

Don't freshwater dip. Too much stress and risk. Try to get a closer pic if possible. My initial guess it is not that big of a deal and will work itself out without any issues.
