I've been going to MACNA for 13 years now both as an attendee and a vendor. There is no other exhibition/show like it. If you own a reef tank you should go and plan on staying for the duration. You'll get a chance to see first hand many of the products you read about and speak one on one with the "experts". You'll see livestock that you've only pictures of. You'll be able to talk with vendors and manufacturers and ask those questions you were afraid to ask online.

While visiting the many vendors at MACNA is exhilarating and fruitful, you'll find the talks to be even more educational, enlightening and fun. I highly suggest that you take a look at the talks scheduled and make sure that you sit in for a few.

The answer to the question "Is it worth it?" is a resounding "YES!". You've spent hundreds/thousands on your reef tank, the entrance fee is small change compared to the knowledge you will gain from this.

Will I be there? You bet..wouldn't miss it for the world. We'll have a table and are already getting prepared.
