The Sheraton is just a short walk from Caesars. Right through the outlet malls!

A few buses that go will take you early in the day which is good,but they come back at around 7:00pm. I don't know how early you would like to leave,but there are buses that leave later you just have to find the right one. I believe the chinatown buses leave later. also certain companies have buses that run through the day you just have to find out if you can leave on a different bus that you arrived on. good luck.
