People like them it seem they are a bit challenging for some folks or take up too much space

ime it was very hardy, only coral that made it through and healthy when i moved to a bigger tank, they just need good light and very high flow i think

most of them aren't photosynthetic and hard to keep, especially the nice color one.

yup, brown one, usually the large polyps one grows well, and are photosynthetic. I have two brown one and a purple one, growing nicely. I have a purple one that is 3.5 to 4 inch long, 1 branch...$10 if you want.
