i've had one for about 6 years. It was about the size of a dwarf angel when I got him, now about 8 or 9 inches. I have hard and soft corals, good mix of everything.. The only thing that's it's ever went after was a stalk of xenia i put in there. Get one small and keep it fed. Still a crap shoot though i think

No, on the contrary, thinking on possibly getting one, WTB - would get one from Michael Stern, unless I can find a nice one the right size from another hobbiest, to possibly avoid qt-ing, as I just converted my qt to mating grounds for a pair of clowns, have laid eggs 3 times already for the person I got them from, know it is tough, but may give it a shot, have the patience and time, would just need a few more things, inclusive of food for them after hatching, etc. So I WTB a Queen Angel, if someone has the right one, and has had it for quite a while. Not too large.

The likeliness is a queen angel will pick at some of your coral so after you buy one you will most likely have to decide to keep the coral or the fish

Just a heads up

Looking for a well establish queen angel, not to large possibly about 5", could go either way on size, want to skip QT, otherwise would grab one from Michael Stern, as my QT is now a mating haven for a pair of clowns, giving it a shot, know its tough, but think I can pull it off. If you have any other well established angel available let me know, if it is a jawdropper. At least in your tank 3-6 months, but preferable longer, and a pig of course, if in reef even better.
