2 diff kinds ,,scarlets are more like blood red ,and corallin cover shells .,

depends ,,,they both eat algea ,,,scarles have a bright red legs ,,and a bit bigger ,,they are about 1.50 to 2.00 dollar each ,,,and these are 1 ....
i will have scarlet next order thou ,,but it might be in a week or so ,give or take ,

Red legs grow faster than Scarlet, so you might need extra shells for them. They are more agressive as well.

That's right, they both need a bigger home when they grow. But red legs sometimes just murdered your snails for the sport. :

i have tons of scarlets and get my snails all the time ,,,if they are hungry are thats what is around ,,they are going ffor it ,,
when my clam whan dying the crabs had clam soup for lunch and dinner ,all of the crabs ,,just nature ,that all ,,that why i have 100 snails ,now a hole **** more ,and over 100 crabs ,i have a great cycle in my tank ,full of life ,pods ,snails ,cras ,mircostarfish .,..im sure if i dont feed and they are hungry something is going ,,but the good thing is reproduces fast ,so no loss really

there ae lots of hermits out in the market ,,some aggressive some pieceful,some both ,,
the ones i have are algea eaters ,the scarlet are algea eaters ,,but there are hermit that are just plian aggress,,
the one i have are in my main and selling tanks ,no ned to worry ,,i wont sell those hermit to anyone ,,i would like to stay in business for then a month ,if younow what i mean ,,,lol

This has to go down as a classic man ,,you wont pay money ,ilra,pesos or whatever for a good good meal ,but for reef stuff skys the limit huh,,,cutting out on yourself huh ink
