Lookin for some stuff for my tank

I couldn' t help but notice some of the stuff you offer so I'd like to ask you something as I belive you know your stuff. I got a 55 with lots of live rock/sand Im looking to try my hand a corals but I'm unsure if the lighting can support it. I have 2 compact 96 watt flourecents- Dualdaylight 6700&10000 and Dual Actinic 420nm/460nm what kind of corals would work ?
:thanks:

deepwater I'm going down to lower manhattan to meet up with mmike to pick up some timers. How far are you from downtown via subway? If it's not too long of a trip on the subway from bowling green station I was thinking of picking up some turbos and some zoos.
