In a day and age where customer service is long gone, SaltWaterCritters is a shining lighthouse in an otherwise dark vast ocean of bottom line feeding sharks.

Russ, from SaltWaterCritters went above and way beyond in helping me aquire a chiller. One that I neither had the time (because of the impending heat wave) or money to buy from anyplace else. Im sure he may not want me to share this, but He ran to the post office at the drop of a hat to mail a chiller. One that I still owed a balance on!

SaltWaterCritters has my business from now on. And because Russ had put my Seahorses health over his bottom line - he should have yours too!
