your going FOWLER so you dont need a t-5 .you can go PC.it will be cheaper

but t5 will look nicer.. bc u can play with the bulbs for a better color look ..

i have the same tank and i had t-5 on it.you get alot of dark spots in the front and back unless you put it very high but then you lose light on the bottom.if your going fish only you wont have a big difference in the color from t-5 to pc.they make actinic bulbs for pc.the bulbs are cheaper then t-5 and so is the fixture.you will also get a better spread with PC.the only reason to get a t-5 is if you are planning on getting corals in the future in that case get a t-5 fixture but you will also need to lose those bio balls now and get a better skimmer then wh at is currently in your setup
