Yes I did
It's just making some grinding noise
It's mad loud

Send it back to vortech....that is the expensive part.

It's was taken apart so that will most likely void the warranty

I fixed mine -Clean bearingswith WD -40 and lube with silicone lube work great just as new noise level

It had dropped on the floor I think something got bent.
I tried everything.
I orderd a new one.
Now it works like new lol
