does anyone know a company or anyone who buffs and polishes acrylic tanks...they have to know what they are doing and be professional...i have a 380 gallon acrylic bowfront that needs buffing....please pm me ...thanks ....brian

no one in this hobby knows anyone who buffs out acrylic tanks.....not even vendors that build,install and maintance acrylic tanks for a living ....what does everyone do when there tank gets scratched ...throw it out....lol....im going to learn how to do it and then everyone can contact me when they need there tanks buffed out...lol...

You can order the novus 1-2-3 kit and sand papers from Amazon...If you get good at it, I've got a couple for you to do!

it's alot of work doing it, i used the novus kit along with 1000 grit wet sanding paper and 2000 grit. really deep scratches really wont come all the way out unless u end up making a indentation trying to sand it down

I used micro mesh on any scratch that I could feel with my finger nail and the Novus polish for the rest; ran the #3 a few times before dropping down. Picked up a 10" orbital polisher from Home Depot which helped a ton.

Was a little of a PIA but more time consuming than anything else.
