WTB small tank setup

hey all, i want to do a small little reef tank for my cousin for Xmas. was wondering if u guys have some of the stuff i need. im gonna get a 10 gallon tank and some substrate.

i need:
a LED light with mounting legs sufficient for zoas and palys
a powerhead
2-3 chunks of LR
a HOB filter
and skimmer

let me know if u guys have any of these and PM me some offers
