I carry ballast but no reflectors. WE have optics though.

If you need LED instructions of DIY, you can search YouTube but many builds are flawed so have to view many to start to get a feel which one is correct method.

Actually no. Since vendors are stating what they can get you it stays in the wtb forum.

Just start another thread in the general discussion requesting "DIY LED Instructions ONLY" in the title even though members will still provide with you NON MR vendors and stealth vendors info.

If you are still not confident in what you read from the web, then come by by one of my DIY party, you can bring your kit over. I can spot you when you build yours.

You can buy parts as I don't usually sell in kit format, you should let me know, in advance, of the intended build so that I can come up with some package.
