I want a 55g or bigger. It needs to have a heater biological filture or a filture for a saltwater tank, lidht and a hood. I have $200 to buy it with.

Buy a 55 at the dollars per gallon sale. While there pick up a 20 or a 30 and make a sump. With the change buy a brand new PC light and you wont need a heater until next fall because this won't be cycled until late spring.
