WTB Live Rock to Seed New Tank

I'm interested in seeding my new tank and dry rock with a well-established, pest-free piece of live rock. I only need a few pounds, but am really looking for quality since this is going to be the first living thing in my tank!

i have some really nice clean pieces in my sump, established and has coraline and some sponges growing on it, and has pods galore..

I would say buy a small piece from a LFS because most of the LR from our tanks will have some hitchhikers in it, dwarf ceriths, bristle worms, pods, britle stars, sponges, etc. I don't know if you would call those pests, but mostly unavoidable unless its a LR rubble and has no holes on it.
