Need a custom canopy made

Hey guys, a friend of mine bought my old tank and needs a canopy made for it. It is a seamless bow and the measurements are 39" x 17" in the center.

Bowfront canopy is a royal PITA...I made one for a 46bow using 1/4" mdf for the front curve. There is an online video on YouTube that shows a real simple way to make it with some basic tools. I forgot which reef forum it was from, could have been Atlanta, not sure. It's fairly simple but you're probably best off going with a cabinet maker, might be pricey. One option is to make the canopy a rectangle and cut a curved insert to go between be rectangular inside edge of the canopy and the tank front face to keep light out...
