i need a sheet of glass 36"x18" at 1/4" thick and not tempered, I would like to cut it and eurobrace my 50 gallon....does anyone have something like this or know where i can get this and get it cut as well? and maybe even siliconed for me?

You'll spend a lot more money buying a single sheet 36x18 than if you were ask them for their scraps of 36x2 (2 of them) and 16x2 (2 of them). Just get your measurements right and ask them for their scraps close to that size.

You want to eurobrace a tank with a full sheet? So you want to cut a whole in the middle of the glass. That is a tough cut unless you are a glazier. And even using strips and trying to glue them together with adhesive, not sure that would be enough as a eurobrace.
