Hatched Baby Brine shrimp -emergency

I have dwarf seahorses coming tomorrow morning and i havent set up my BBS hatchery until well just now. Haven't had time so i need to fid someone as close as possible to me who hatches BBS and is willing to give up very few of them to help some seahorses out. I'll pay for them pick them up whatever. I need to somehow get them before tomorrow night and i doubt i can get mine to hatch in 15 hours before the lights go off.
