12g Nano cube ELECTRONIC BALLAST

I'm looking to buy a electronic ballast for my 12g nano cube (original) because the light would not turn on...i tried replacing the bulb but it wont fire up so i'm guessing its the Ballast. Or if anybody has anyclue to how to fix it let me know...

I have a PFO Power Compact ballast ifor sale if you're interested. You'd need to purchase the quick disconnect plugs and the bulbs / reflector. Let me know if you're interested. It has 2 outlets for 65 watt pc bulbs. It can light also 55watt bulbs as well.

fullham ballast is it 1 lamp or 2 lamp
